ADMISSION INFORMATION

Vivekananda School is the perfect location to deliver quality education. The school provides a clean and conductive atmosphere for the children to learn. The buildings are all modern and spacious and offer the students a very comfortable environment.
             Names of prospective students are registered from October onwards. Parents have to collect the application form from the school office and do the registration. After the sorting of the admission form the child will be called for a written assessment. In case of Primary class a personal interaction of the child with the class teacher and parents.

School Fees Exclude Transportation, External Examination Fees, CBSE Grade X Examination Fees.
Fees are acceptable in the format of ECS, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, Google Pay, Phone Pay.

Fees Policy

The school fee is applicable for the academic year June to May. At the time of admission the student is required to pay the registration and admission fee.The annual fees to be paid in two installments one installment at the time of admission and the other in the month of October. ECS Procedure is mandatory. Fees installment will automatically deduct from the provided account or you can use other options NEFT, RTGS, Online Transfer etc.

Withdraw/Refund Policy

Students wishing to withdraw from school should give at least one term notice. In case of withdrawal fees pertaining to the term should be payable by the student. In case of withdrawal without notice the same to be collected while giving the school leaving certificate.

i) Original Birth certificate. (For Class First)

ii) School leaving certificate. (2nd onwards)

iii) Original Mark Sheet/ Report Card.

iv) Four Latest Passport size photographs of student.

v) Xerox copy of Aadhar card of student

vi) Transportation form duly filled in.

vii) Caste/category certificate whenever needed

viii) student’s bank account no. whenever needed

ix) Residential proof
